Mr. Faga has represented clients in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, general business,
commercial litigation, personal injury, family law and criminal defense, including RICO actions
and assorted felonies, misdemeanors and administrative violations.
Mr. Faga regularly practices in Federal, State and local courts, as well as administrative tribunals,
and is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, the Bar of the State of New Jersey,
the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Faga graduated from New York University Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science
and Pace University School of Law with Juris Doctor.
